David Y. Lee

David Y. Lee is a Vice President at Siguler Guff and is actively involved in manager selection, due diligence, direct investing and portfolio management for the BRIC Opportunities Funds. In addition, he has primary responsibility for tracking, analyzing and monitoring underlying portfolio activity. Prior to joining Siguler Guff in 2005, Mr. Lee was an Investment Associate at FLAG Capital Management, where he performed due diligence on U.S. and European private equity and venture capital funds. He was also responsible for building integrated systems to monitor underlying portfolio activity.

Previously, Mr. Lee was an Investment Banking Associate at de Visscher & Co., where he was highly involved in all of its corporate finance activities and executed a wide range of assignments including debt and equity financings, mergers & acquisitions, management buyouts and financial advisory. Mr. Lee also has direct private equity investing experience through de Visscher & Co.'s affiliate, Family Capital Growth Partners, and was involved in the sourcing, structuring and execution of several buyout transactions. His transaction experience includes assignments in the media, manufacturing, consumer goods, resources and healthcare industries.

Mr. Lee holds a B.S. in Finance from New York University.
