Hamid Tabib is an Investment Associate at Siguler Guff and a member of the Firm's distressed real estate investment team. He is actively involved in investment analysis, due diligence and portfolio monitoring for both fund investments and co-investments.
Prior to joining Siguler Guff in 2011, Mr. Tabib was an Assistant Vice President at Crocker Partners, a real estate investment firm based in Florida, where he focused on direct real estate investments and was responsible for sourcing, analyzing and managing acquisitions. Mr. Tabib previously worked with the Crocker management team as an Associate in the Acquisitions, Dispositions and Finance Group at CRT Properties, Inc., a public REIT that was sold in 2005.
Mr. Tabib holds a B.S. in Finance and International Business from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University and an M.B.A with a concentration in Real Estate from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
