Michael Romanowski

Michael J. Romanowski, Investment Manager, joined Siguler Guff in 2004. Mr. Romanowski focuses on all aspects the Firm's investments in public equities. Prior to joining Siguler Guff, Mr. Romanowski worked at Orbitex Financial Services where he managed several mutual fund portfolios and a portion of the company's hedge fund. From 1998 to 2001 he was a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager for Fortis Advisers where he managed several mutual funds totaling approximately $2.5 billion in assets.

From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Romanowski was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Value Line Asset Management where he managed the company's flagship fund, the Value Line Fund. Mr. Romanowski previously worked as a sell side Analyst at Conning & Company where he covered financial services stocks and from 1985 to 1992, he worked at Associated Capital as an Analyst and Portfolio Manager.

Mr. Romanowski holds a B.A. from Merrimack College and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Massachusetts, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
