Nestor Weigand is a Vice President at Siguler Guff and joined the Firm in 2009. Mr. Weigand is a member of the Firm’s distressed real estate investment team and is actively involved in identifying investment opportunities, developing the team’s allocation strategy, structuring transactions and monitoring real estate portfolios.
Prior to joining Siguler Guff, Mr. Weigand was an Associate Portfolio Manager at Citigroup Property Investors, where he co-managed a $1.7 billion portfolio of 49 interests in real estate private equity vehicles through two fund-of-funds products and the Citigroup Pension Plan. Prior to Citigroup, Mr. Weigand was Vice President of Business Development at Cityfeet.com, a leading internet site for commercial real estate availabilities. Mr. Weigand also spent two years as an Analyst in the Consulting Group of CB Richard Ellis, where he focused primarily on office leasing in New York City.
Mr. Weigand holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
