Rachel Kou

Rachel Kou is an Investment Associate at Siguler Guff supporting the Firm's BRIC Opportunities Funds. Prior to joining the Firm's Shanghai office in 2011, Ms. Kou was a Vice President at a private investment firm in Shanghai. Prior to this, she worked as the Board Secretary for Hanwha SolarOne, Ltd., where she was actively involved in the company's M&A transactions. Previously, Ms. Kou was a Finance Manager at PepsiCo Inc. and a Financial Analyst at Cummins Inc.

Ms. Kou holds a B.S. in Economics and a B.A. in Chinese Literature from Peking University, an M.S. in Accounting from The Ohio State University, and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Ms. Kou is a Certified Public Accountant.
