Sloane Schuster is the Vice President of Marketing at Siguler Guff and joined the Firm in 2007. Ms. Schuster is responsible for coordinating investor relations and marketing activities for the Firm's fund-of-funds, direct investment funds and the Siguler Guff Capital Partners program. Ms. Schuster supports the sales team in fundraising and works with clients to complete the subscription process for new investments. Ms. Schuster also manages a team of client service professionals that are responsible for completing client requests, preparing marketing materials, maintaining the Firm's websites and organizing the annual conferences and investor trips.
Prior to joining Siguler Guff, Ms. Schuster was a Merchandise Planner at J. Crew, a billion-dollar specialty retailer, where she was responsible for the forecasting and financial planning for over $100 million in retail merchandise. Before J. Crew, Ms. Schuster attended Columbia Business School where she received an M.B.A. with concentrations in Marketing and Finance. Prior to business school, she spent five years at Lehman Brothers in the Fixed Income Division where she had sales coverage responsibilities for significant institutional clients dealing in mortgage-backed securities, CDO's and other fixed income instruments.
Ms. Schuster holds a B.A. in Economics from Union College in Schenectady, New York and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
