Tereza Trivell

Tereza Trivell is a Vice President at Siguler Guff and has been with the firm since 1999. Ms. Trivell is involved in evaluating, due diligence, monitoring and reporting for the firm's advisory business and direct investment activities. She is responsible for preparing detailed investment track records for private equity funds and comparable analysis to evaluate private equity portfolio values. Ms. Trivell also conducts industry and market research to evaluate and support General Partner’s strategy and projections.

Ms. Trivell is also involved in the legal activities of the firm. She assists the firm’s legal counsel in framing legal terms and conditions in regards to fund structures. Tereza completes legal due diligence and documentation when new investments are consummated.

Ms. Trivell holds a B.A. in Economics and an M.A. in Economics from Hunter College, City University of New York.
