Terri Ambron Liftin

Terri Ambron Liftin is a Principal at Siguler Guff. Ms. Liftin joined the Firm in 2009 and is responsible for managing legal and compliance aspects of the Firm's investment and advisory relationships. Prior to joining Siguler Guff, Ms. Liftin was the U.S. Legal Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for WestLB Mellon Asset Management. During her tenure there, she was responsible for all legal, compliance and corporate management aspects of the firm's U.S. operations. Ms. Liftin joined WestLB Mellon Asset Management in 2006 after working in the legal department of WestLB AG where she had primary legal responsibility for the bank's asset management and broker-dealer activities.

Prior to working for WestLB AG, Ms. Liftin was a Senior Associate at K&L Gates where she represented investment advisers and broker-dealers. She began her career in 1997 at Rogers & Wells.

Ms. Liftin holds an A.B. from Barnard College, an M.A. in Economics from New York University, and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
