- Lower middle-market buyout and growth equity funds
- Prefer sector or geographic focused funds
- Buyout and growth equity
- History of investing in emerging managers (over 30 first time funds)
- Fund size generally $100-$500 million
- Fund commitments range $30-$60 million

- Established, niche-market leading companies
- EBITDA of $5-$25 million
- Prefer family owned/operated businesses
- Value-added sponsor with relevant experience
- Equity co-investments generally $5-$30 million
